Dear Afterschool Activities Families,

Thank you for your patience and steady support of the afterschool programme. It is an uncertain time for many, both parents and activities teachers, and we appreciate the generosity that has been shown to the parent association and the teachers. Until now it was uncertain whether courses would restart when in-situ classes resumed.

As you all know, the PA supports many projects for all pupils throughout the year which is only possible through an active and supportive ESK family.

We would like, therefore, to ask parents to refrain from asking for a refund of the course fees. We have currently halted payments to the AA teachers but would very much like to pay those teachers, who so happily teach our children, in full at the end of the school year. In order to achieve this, we ask for your continued generosity and support.

We understand that the current circumstances may also have affected some of our PA families so, in support for those who request it, we will, of course, waive our normal T&Cs and provide a pro-rata refund of the course fees.

If you would like a partial refund, please email your name, your child/children’s names, and the name of the course(s) to:

by the 12th of June at the latest to be refunded after the end of the school year.
